coatings

We produce industrial coatings metal sheets and meshes, composite panels, profiles and staves:

rivestimenti industriali pannello composito

Composite panel

The composite panel is a panel made up of two metal sheets (on both faces) in aluminum and a central stiffening part in plastic material.

The combination of plasticity, flatness, stability and weather resistance that distinguishes this material.

The particular structure makes it suitable for taking on many forms, enveloping the structure of the building like a second skin.

Good plasticity is not inconsistent with stability and flatness. This is made possible by the very high flexural strength of the panels. The excellent properties of the material give life to inspiration and make innovative solutions possible in all fields of architecture – from residential construction to public buildings, from company headquarters and representative offices to trade and industry – or even in the Corporate Design where they help create the image – as well as in petrol stations, car dealerships, banks or supermarkets.

The composite panel is very well suited for creating ventilated facades with an aluminum substructure, the depth of the entire structure (post + panel + insulation), starting from the rear wall, can be between 60 and 200 mm.

Profiles and Staves

The development of envelope technologies extends to aluminum cladding systems, considering the design, production and assembly of sheet metal closure elements with various surface treatments (as in the case of stretched and embossed sheets), shaped and applied with various laying solutions. The cladding systems performed by Carlo Nobili are designed for execution in cases of new construction or restructuring, considering the procedures necessary for the construction of ventilated walls, the combination with openings in elevation, the stratification thermal insulation aimed at increasing energy performance.

Metal sheets and nets

Wide range of expanded mesh and gratings for building, carpentry and architecture.

Main materials used: carbon steels, stainless steels, aluminium, light alloys, nickel, brass, copper and titanium.

The meshes can be applied to the cladding of building structures, giving them various chromatic shades; the aesthetic effect that is created is similar to a filter that lets you glimpse, more or less than the chosen mesh, the wall or the rear structure.

It is a fabric made with groups of ropes in the longitudinal direction (warp) and round threads in the transversal direction (weft). It is particularly flexible and resistant and allows for greater or lesser transparency depending on the diameter of the wires used and the distance between them.

The canvas is suitable for architectural coverings for exteriors (facades, sunscreens, separation of spaces) and for interiors (false ceilings, internal screens, etc.).

Metals used: stainless steel, colored stainless steel.
